Richard LeRoy Welch, LFIBA, DG Studying education at the University of Nebraska, Mr. Richard Welch pursued a successful career in financial planning. Since retiring from that career at age of 34, he has actively pursued brain research and studies of the mind and human consciousness. Self-employed since 1975, he has served as President of American Speed Reading (1975-1978), the International Speed Reading Institute (1978-1980), and Subliminal Dynamics (since 1980) and Chief Executive Officer of Educom Incorporated (since 1994) and Brain Management (since 1995).

Richard Welch is the author of Brain Management and has been awarded:
